Rollins Ranch is located in Mountain Green, Utah, minutes away from skiing, boating and hiking. There are 166 lots and potential for additional phases.

DUES

Dues are $30 per month-billed quarterly.

COMMON AREAS

Common areas include several trails and open grass areas. Christmas lights welcome visitors from November to February in the entry way.

HOA ACTIVITIES

The HOA has several social activities each year. Past activities have included: summer BBQ, Halloween party, Christmas dinner and , New Year Eve fireworks.
